Northbridge was granted, stamped & approved February 28th,2018.. I believe it's a week to convert into the market as I'm not certain about that!? I think we should have been alerted about this just like on January 24th 2018. We were at 1.4 cents and trading in the penny range and we received this terrible news of a tranche & dilution. A heads-up would have been nice because in that supplemental report, it was said that we were finished with any debt. None of this makes sense Maybe it's not supposed to!? Real company & real products!!!
