My concern is that the CEO wasn’t/isn’t transparent. The O/S is under 1B, a 100MM shares to better the company is no big deal, but he made it look real shady when he put out a supplement for pikeminnow being paid the same day Northbridge got shares.

I also don’t like that he tweeted a screenshot of the last “pr” and never put it on the wires. That shows his lack of concern for shareholders
