no, but its much wiser to use the money for internal operations. it also goes to show where their focus is- are they building their core business or becoming an investment firm?
or, thinking strategically, if they are going to M&A / add it as a partner or subsidiary, get that done. JMO-

Buy companies with cashflow, execution & undervalued mkt cap. Don't base knowledge on what someone said on a message board. Don't use stop losses- EVER. Lock your shares by placing GTC sell at high price, MMs & shorts cannot borrow them to affect price.
