I personally doubt Mike had anything to do with the setting of that date on Yahoo. And there is no dividend coming. I have not yet listened to either RPH interview on subpenny. Don't know that I will, as my time is limited.

Folks from both sides need to focus on the facts. Avoid the rumors, hype and speculation.

The facts that we have are known to all: we have a 10K due, of which the only value to me will be the confirmation of total shares as the merger moves forward, and the apparant trigger for the "reset".

We have an S4, the legal SEC recognition of the merger. There will be a 10QSB due mid-November, that should be reflective of all bonds garnered to-date by CSHD.

All else is heresay until PR'd and/or filed. Folks need to stop speculating from both sides. None of us are privvy to the specifics until publicly illustrated.
