I asked the realtor if the Eltron building was indeed for lease. She confirmed it was and offered to arrange a showing. I presume it's not her job to divulge where people move to..if she even knew.

POINT BEING... the whole "Eltron is going to generate millions for BLDV" fairytale seems to have fizzled. Alper finally admitted they had been struggling and that they were going to try and become yet another "MJ Incubator." I rather doubt the R&D engineering team they had in place have given up their chosen professions to try and launch MY operations. My guess is they have likely dispersed.
