I wonder if Adage bought any of the offering. If they did then they must file within 10 days because they would go above 10% if they bought more than about 1.2 million. The new 10% threshold is about 5.2 million shares. If anyone else bought 5% or went above 5% they would also have to file within 10 days. It will be interesting to see if any filings come out, maybe next week.
