Formatting commands are not functional inside an IHub compose window. You can, however, get most fo the look you want this way. Look at this: Is this basically the kind of look you want?
To get the text to look like it was centered and tabbed, I composed it in a Notepad file using Tabs to get it to the position I wanted it where it looked like it was centered or tabbed. It is not a true center, but it makes it look like it. When I wanted the "centered" position closer to the left margin, I simply deleted spaces until I got it where I wanted it.
I then copied and pasted the material from the Notepad file into an IHUB compose post window and added [ pre] before the text began and [ /pre] after it ended -- without the spaces inside the brackets, of course
You cannot create this look directly in an IHub compose window because it will ignore the spaces and the tab key is not functional for creating space.
But, this worked in the example above and should give you the ability to get a centered look without a true center command.
For Notepad:
Start Run Type in: Notepad Click "OK" or hit enter
and it will open a new notepad window.
