It’s all about risk management in the eyes of the note holder. They want their money back and don’t care if the company has massive potential. If the price is above the conversion price, the shares are sold. They are in the debt bussiness not the investment bussiness. I do believe Northbridge sold all their shares. It has allowed me to purchase shares at a cheap price. All the people worried about another lawsuit payment are going to miss the run because they are speculating on something that doesn’t exist yet. I’d expect the FINRA filings for the ticker change tomorrow or Friday. Even though they said today, gotta give them a little bit of breathing room. I’m sure there was some BS that came up, there always is.
