So FUTL acquired 20% Apotheca Biosciences from CB Scientific.

That is another related party transaction - from the Florida SOS as Old Tymer pointed out CB Scientific was incorporated in Florida - Cameron Cox was the VP - Talari was the Treasurer/Director.

Here is the problem CB Scientific was Dissolved on 04/20/2015 - but the 8-K stated: "On September 15, 2017, the Company purchased 20% of Apotheca Biosciences, Inc."

How is that possible that FUTL purchased Apotheca from CB Scientific when the company no longer exists - they have been out of business for over 2 years.

So FUTL paid Talari and Cox to acquire Apotheca. Without disclosure that is a securities violation. And for a Undisclosed amount.

More bad news the address for Apotheca is: 2205 Industrial Blvd, Sarasota, FL 34234. So now we have Apotheca Biosciences operating illegally in Florida as it isn't registered as a business entity in Florida.

I love watching these OTCM share selling schemes fall apart.
