Of course there’s skepticism. OM, k-oc and P 2a were all vague in substantial some way. Couple that with the disconnect btw the company’s view of things and the market’s view, and suspicion is guaranteed.

If Leo wanted to alleviate some suspicion, he should do a small deal. Another company I own just PR’d a deal for rights to Canada. Not huge but the market appreciates what it means.
