Again, if they're from before the late '90s, they won't be on Edgar. As we've just seen, by 1996, the SEC was putting on pressure, encouraging companies to file electronically. Needless to say, companies with less money were slower to adopt the new system. There are still some missing filings from as late as 2000 or so.

After that, certain types of filings could be submitted on paper. But notice was made of their filing; it was just not possible to read them. In recent years, most of them have been scanned, so now they are available.

However, obviously Ekejija did not intend for his S-6 to be a paper filing. it is a electronic form.
