This is not an opinion. The supposed S-6 registration statement Ekejija says he filed with the SEC in 2009 is a fake:
He's already been called out by others for photoshopping many things he's posted. That "filing" is just another example. How do I know that?
1. You will not find it at Edgar under "NVC Funds" or any variant on that name. Edgar is very easy to use. Everything actually filed with the SEC will appear if you search for it.
2. Note the handwritten addition. Edgar does not accept filings with handwritten amendments.
Again, not opinion. Given that, please explain to me why Ekejija would try to pass it off as the real thing. And then tell me how much contempt he must have for shareholders he expects to believe every bit of BS he presents to them.
