I posted it last week. Message #156796. I do believe that since this divy is probably one of the first of it's kind to combat NSS, Sandy and Co. expected there to be serious issues. I would not be surprised if the Brokers/DTC are currently trying to squirm out of this mess they got themselves into. Although, by law we are entitled to the dividends, we may have to wait awhile. This may have to be settled in court if worst comes to worst. However, I feel that shorty would NOT want to be exposed to the public. With a possible WallStreet Journalist currently investigating this mess and theories along with it, I would not be surprised if they just payed up to keep everything under wraps. IMO they are prolonging the inevitable and things may get even worse. Just PAY UP! =) .. and we'll all be happy! GLTA!
