I've seen all kinds of speculation on this board but can anyone tell me where or who is the culprit as to why these PFD's are not trading? Is it BKMP ? Is it the DTC? Is it the brokers? Where is the bottleneck? Or is it the MM's that are holding this up? I've heard that there are issues with all but no one has said who exactly is holding this up. TIA
