Wow! I just spent the entire evening adding the various parts to the bike. Was WAY more fun that I thought it would be.

The most exciting was taking it on a spin after putting everything on. An amazing sense of accomplishment, since I'm not mechanically inclined.

The pegs are on backorder and the bags haven't arrived yet. So I get 1-2 more nights of fun out of this customizing process.

I added tonight:
1) Windshield - awesome! Does just what I want -- keeps the bugs off, let's the wind still hit me
2) Backseat, backseat rest/sissy bar -- took a while to figure it out - pain in arse
3) Handlebar risers -- pulled back about 1.5 inches. HUGE difference. My back is much, much better off now.

The saddlebags (LeatherLyke) and the Aeromach cruising pegs will top this beast off.

The *only* thing I'd add after that, if I get bold enough, would be the V&H pipes. That's it. After that, she's perfect.

I'll take pics of the bike after everything is added. Looks awesome even w/o the bags.
