Per otcmarkets pink sheet compliance - a company’s annual report is due within 90 days after the close of the fiscal year - which was 12/31.

We have received several comments emails and notes from “concerned shareholders or followers” . I hope this clears any confusion.
Should anyone care to check other sector companies on otcmarkets you will find that GRNH, SING, TRTC, CBIS, MJNA. AND MANY OTHERS HAVE MADE NO POSTINGS FOR THE 4th quarter or the year end either.
