Ok, this has got to be one of the weirdest things I've ever read here. And raises TONS OF RED FLAGS. GIFA, doesn't care about US shareholders. But they want to trade on the US stockmarket. That makes ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE AT ALL. PERIOD. It's like saying, I'm going to buy a car, but I don't want to drive. Or, I want to go to a Chinese restaurant, but I don't want to eat Chinese food. JUST TOO FUNNY!!!!!!!!!

I have contacted him by email and asked if they were planning to hire an IR firm in the US to address shareholder questions. Right now, I don't think that GIFA cares about US shareholders. They only care about trading on the US stock market.
