Well that is the whole problem. From the converstations I have had with ameritrade. IF the actually send out certs to you...there is one of two options.

1) you need to hold on to the certs until they become DTC elligible.

2) find a broker that will trade the paper.

Sending the certs back into the same broker that sent them to you would do no good...
