The danger for this stock is simple. If you do not have a position, you have to watch for filings or a PR for 6 1/2 hours a day, Monday-Friday. If you take a bathroom break and the filing or PR drops, you will miss the sub dime shares and have to buy in the teens. If you walk your dog for an hour, you may have to take out a loan to buy 100K shares at 30 cents for $30 Grand.
That would be nerve wracking. Make it simple. Get a position and sit back. It will happen when you least expect it.
