But I thought DTC was the transfer agent. And her letter states that Etrade sent it back to the transfer agent (DTC), who had originally transfered them to Etrade. and if that is true, it's also true that the transfer agent (DTC) was and is transfering them after all, though Ameritrade (and Mr. Morris) has told several customers that the transfer agent said they were not DTC eligible and would not transfer them.
