Please be advised I have received an answer from our Corporate Actions Department regarding your shares of Blackout Media. Blackout Media (BKMP) declared a preferred stock dividend as of record of September 15, 2006. The preferred stock dividend will consist of 10,000 preferred shares of Blackout Media for every (1) one share of Blackout Media common. The preferred shares were deposited in customer’s accounts on Tuesday, October 3, but were sent back to the transfer agent the following day (Wed). The preferred shares will be distributed by the transfer agent in the form of certificates. Until the delivery takes place your position will be reflected as 4,123,612 BLACKOUT MEDIA CORP 10,000 NEW TO ONE. We have no ETA on the dlivery of the shares at this time. Thank You, Mark Hitt
