One thing I like to add here.

Ibalizumab is given every 2 wks as IV infusion. This is OK for dying patients , but IMO when patients will get better they be looking for alternative treatment not involving IV.

Only people working actively with patients know how difficult life time IV injections are !!!!!!.

And all together they not in monotherapy for HIV positive patients ,
just combo. ...

I know that for CCR5 positive patients, SC injection once a wk of PRO 140 will be an easy choice with time.
Many patients injecting SC Insulin daily , sometimes more often.

Important now , PE is in , it was a difficult task to find proper patients.!!!

I believe that other things /studies should be much easier .

As always IMO only..
