Why would someone loan mmex hundreds of millions of dollars on something with a temporary easement. Lol. I don’t know of any lender that will loan on landlocked deals. None, no one that I know of does this,. Ouch

Title companies will not guarantee title with a temporary easement. Just a fact man

Old jack, he should know better. Lol. Is he losing his mind?
