TD just restricted me (sort of)

Anyone having problems buying ADTM thru Scottrade/TD Ameritrade?

I have not had any problems in the past but over the weekend the following showed up:

Clearing time for certain increased-risk securities
Due to market risk, you can’t trade certain securities, including cryptocurrency, cannabis and penny stocks, and some foreign securities, until your ACH transfer clears (usually in 3-4 business days). Consider a faster funding method, such as initiating a wire or ACH transfer directly from your bank.

Due to ADTM today (once again) not being able to hold gains
I was wanting to sell 9's and buy back more 8's....
but I was unsure if I'd be able to.
I did last Wednesday-Friday with no problem.
I think I'll call them on Wednesday to ask.

I was also about to deposit more into my brokerage account (to buy ADTM) but if I do I need to spend $30 to wire it now.

I've never seen such a restriction with TD until this weekend.

I'm moving to Etrade. They don't restrict a thing there.
