that is before the news today has reached overseas..

once the news is disseminated and read tomorrow movement should begin..
regardless time is running out to get in and be a holder for the spinout..
March 1st is cutoff day and then wait until April 10th for the shareholder meeting and vote..
between now and then much will happen, facilities in montana are set to go before too long...
