Please explain why you think LDSR is a scam as well as your take on Remillard.

Is it possible that he left APHD because he didn't mesh well with their management?

Is it also possible that he saw a better path of control in the direction of Classidocs by becoming the CEO of LDSR and purchasing all of the voting rights so he could ultimately shape the company as he saw fit?

I'm just trying to figure out why things went south with APHD and Millard.

Any thoughts that the board could share would be greatly appreciated.
