I hear you. The fins come out when they come out. So long as the dilution stops, and production over at the new facility continues to do well - we have nothing to worry about, other than of course letting our patience run thin and selling before the share retirements.
You have a far greater knowledge on the stock side of small caps, so with that being said - is it safe to assume the reason those 1.3 billion shares aren't in the float is because they are being held by the company to be sent to the TA for retirement?
