Hmm...in other areas like acute leukemia, pediatric tends to stop around 12 years old, but the adolescents and young adults can go all the way up to like 50, and they explore treatment options similar to the pediatric cases there.


FDA approvals tend to go that way, too. Drugs might get approved in adults, then later an additional approval for 12 and under.
