Maybe I read this wrong, but this statement doesn't really call for T/A advice.

For short-term quality-of-life reasons, I'd like to get out of about .5 million shares around .15 or better. 



It specifically says I want to get out around $.15. You hold for that point and then sell in small amounts around there.
