Amen brother. That about sums it up. I think the only announcement is when the buy out is complete. Enviroleach might not care, as long as they get a good price for their company, but no way would Jabil announce their plans to purchase ETI.

In order to profit from buyout, one has to have shares "before hand", so we are good.
