I’m sure you’ll try to come back with some nonsense so let’s just nip this in the bud what do you say? As of the most recent Q the O/S as of 11/30/17 was 380,297,623 so let’s find out how many were issue that quarter. We pull the K dated 8/31/17 and see the O/S was 351,229,209 so some simple subtraction gives us 29,068,414 issued in that quarter. We go to page 13 in the Q for that quarter and oh look what do we have here? “29,068,414 shares of common stock for $185,000 pursuant to an Equity Purchase Agreement.” How crazy there it is every share issued that quarter was under the EPA not a single share of 144 stock issued. Yep and guess what you can do that all the way back to May 2015 until you find the last 144 stock that was issued. The same stock that would have been eligible to sell over 2 years ago and is still being held. So let’s give up on this 144 nonsense shall we?
