You clearly don't know what you are talking about. The Rule 144 shares are given out weekly as payment for "goods and services". Look at every 10Q and 10K and see how many were issued in EVERY three month period. That is why they are constantly becoming eligible to sell. There is no real underlying business. The constant dilution has been used to enrich the husband and wife that IS Sauer Energy.
