I would have a question regarding the Prefs and Common markers. How much more return do you expect percentage wise to the common markers. I am not interested in hearing a lump sum but more the ROI on each marker related to each other. E.g. a 10000$ investment in Qs before conversion brings 2 or 3 times the return than same sum invested in P or K prefs. Hope you have an idea and can give an approximate answer.
