Good that you highlighted this - co has $3.2 million and have overdue payables and expected spend of $12 million - that means they have cash for 1 quarter and that includes no current on-going trials

That is the big issue - co does not have much bargaining power - cash position precarious - no ability to start next trial - so complete dependence on a partner - so they may have accept a unattractive deal even with a mid-cap.

Till the actual partner is announced from CDA - this is a wannabe penny biotech and will remain same
