The first letter was a draft, second was an official engagement letter which was entered into on November 30th, audit would then be scheduled and commence sometime after at date. Hence 6-8 weeks to complete. Delaware and information requests resulted in delays. Very old news here!! Is this suppose to linger, an audit isn't even needed or required here, not like we are OTCQB or something. But it is in process of being completed.
