$RMRK Exactly, I agree definitely good timing to wait until 02/20 or after to announce plans just like we were saying a couple of days ago. Im sure the Pomerantz firm being one of the first to file, investigated and no doubt came up short, So I'm sure we'll see other firms dismissing the case as well. Also, knowing these firms investigated gives a high probability that TCC will be returned to good standing with the SEC IMO.
