1millionfl: Bet PV is going to Dubai to show good faith w/the partners (congratuations all around), press flesh and possibly receive the A/F's via presentation from the auditors. I'd guess Wessal would like to sit in on the audit review as well. They are turning a significant corner in this venture which is setting the stage for the next part of the plan. imo
