but what you are saying doesn't make sense Even if all the numbers were some kind of gigantic fraud, they are already filed with state agencies, as well as audited and filed with eh SEC in the 8k. If what you are saying is correct, there still is no reason to not file them again with the SEC in a 10k, fraud or not.
