Grande25, I am not sure which is the case, either you are a silly basher working for mm's who are way short on this stock or you are an uninformed individual who cannot read a financial statement, or maybe oh baby, you are BOTH.
Look at the quarterly statement ending 6/30/06, it is posted on pinksheets.com, and study it carefully.
Your statement about $6,314.00 in their bank account is correct, however what you deliberately (in my opinion of course) fail to point out is that as of that particular day they also had current accounts receivable of $19,483,331.58 !!!!!
Now as to your bogus statement that they are in debt over $6 million on three loans from prior years, WRONG AGAIN !!!!!!!!!
There is virtually ZERO debt on the balance sheet. There is $5,897,937.74 in current accounts payable, but I think that the $19 million or so receivable pretty much covers that and some.
In fact the only loans on the books are for $2,306.37 to Omegatel and one for $212,365.00 as an officer loan, meaning most likely to the CEO. Hardly the horrible picture that you paint in your misleading and criminaly incorrect post.
So basically what we have here is a company with over $12 million in net profit and virtually no debt. Quite the different picture from what you portrayed, yes???
So, investors beware of this person, his/her/its agenda is clear here, just trying to fake you out of your shares cheap.
Oh, by the way, you are also now iggy as far as I am concerned.
