Annnnnd the link showing us where 100's of millions of free shares were issued....they're a fully reporting company company so show us all. Not the Sauer's shares if you point to theirs it's a waste of time as they're just shy of having control now so there's no way they'd sell down here just to get further away from having control. Just like I requested in my previous comment. You like to use the words "fact" and "proof".
