Misrepresenting cash is much different than voodoo accounting with sales. Cash is simple, there is no way to get around it- you have it or you dont. You cant talk away any attempts to categorize it as anything else. There wont be audits by professional firms he hires, but the IRS is another story. They do their own, and they pay particular attention to received cash.
