Show me a link in the past qtr that states that 100 mil shares at a zero cost average are out there...Not Dieters, Not Ana's, just all the friends and family that you're referencing...in the past Qtr, I want to see it. If it's from longer ago I'll assume they liquidated at higher prices....(also makes you wonder why they're not shelling bids if they're out there..according to you we're at a top and this stock stinks and people are sitting on free shares....why aren't they dumping???)

And here's another interesting tidbit...Rule 144 as you like to hammer out constantly doesn't imply "free"...you were so bent on the 100 mil share figure I went and found a pile of those shares that fit the bill since S-1 offered restricted shares fall under the category and as mentioned; they're averaged a lot higher...

But in regards to the mountain of "free shares that all the friends and family" have help me out with a link...I've got Valentines Day plans.

Also when you mention anything about their business or things that you think matter please direct those comments else where...

Anything catalyst-wise is only icing on the cake as to me the only stuff I care about is charts, share structure and dilution or a lack thereof...aka the stuff that matters. I'd get wrecked in this arena if I made the mistake of putting too much emphasis on things that don'.

BUT if they give us more than what I'm expecting I'll gladly take it
