Number 6? Why do you post reverse splits from 2006-2015 for a different company? It´s since 2015 RNVA!

Formerly=CollabRx, Inc. until 11-2015
Formerly=Tegal Corp. until 9-2012

This has nothing to do with RNVA. And it´s meaningless.

The stock lost 99,99% of it´s value because of limited dilution and acquired a potential $90m revenue hospital recently and it´s undervalued.

There were 2 small reverse splits last year to stay on Nasdaq and trade at dollars. And at .007 it´s meaningless.

It´s a voting, shareholders have this time the major stake, we can vote, there is no date and it´s months away. Sometimes it doesn´t happen.

There are stocks with 1 for 300 reverse splits and they went up with it.
1 for 15 is not scary for anyone at .007 after it´s 99,99% down and they acquired the hospital and opened another one months ago.

They cannot even increase the a/s without voting. Again, at this level you should know that it´s meaningless.

You talk about history, but in fact the stock was never at this level and you don´t have a history for this pps in this situation.

It´s btw also possible that the company doesn´t release a def filing. There is not really a reason at this point to do a reverse split.

This all could change and without def filing, details and voting it doesn´t make sense to try to scare people with it.
