According to their previous PR, they have reported that two of the three board members have signed. They have not announced a third as of yet. Some are questioning if the volume activity is such that the board members are getting their number of shares.

I don't really expect a PR or tweet until the end of this month or early next month in regards to a third board member. If they haven't announced it by then, I will expect the miner server PR in April.
