Well, The 10-K Annual Report Released In 2016...

was on July 14, 2016:

But, the new BOD's could delay filing just like they delayed the stockHOLDERS meeting last fall.

Either way, I suspect Avid gets bought out in the next couple months and any potential for stockholders lawsuit would be swept under the rug...
