I agree with your thoughts janniebgood...the audits were in process or most probably done. Now that it has American/Canadian approval, having an internationally recognized approval stamp from a firm such as KPMP will add total credibility on a world wide basis.
I would also have to assume that KPMP did one or more of the collection of audits so that should shorten the amount of time necessary for the approval process. So whether its days or perhaps another week really does not matter in the scheme of things.
In any case we have unaudited financials that we have seen and the only question at this time is how much more will the audited numbers reflect?
Once this audited valuation is made public it will allow the institutional investors as well as accredited investors to buy without blemish to their standards of investment.
