Ship- we have all been burned pretty badly in our investment by the former group (well, except for the one poster who says he has always made money).

You have made a valid point. Some clarity would help on the formula.

Perhaps some communication with Stephanie that this could be addressed on the next conference call might be beneficial.

Lots of lawyers and finance people have looked at this agreement. Neither side wants liability exposure.
