As Gantor is fond of saying, you have to hope that whomever is suppressing decides to release their grip and maybe even go the other way. Sometimes they do it just to make money in the other direction, sometimes they are forced to do it. Voluntary would probably happen sooner, absent a buyout or possibly something like EMA approval, etc.
