I did a quick Google search to see if Saagar had unveiled his next ploy. I couldn’t find anything so I guess he’s still mulling it over. Unfortunately for him, the search did reveal a lot of links that he’d rather potential investors didn’t see. There are links to the class action lawsuits against Cemtrex, and there are links showing Saagar running away from the lawsuit he filed against Richard Pearson. There are links showing the failed Key Tronic offer which he’d like to erase from shareholders’ memories since they know he never even picked up the phone to talk to Key Tronic. There is the revelation that Cemtrex shuttered the Paderhorn facility only a few short months after bragging about how successful that venture would be. There are just so many links out there which show Cemtrex in a very bad light. That might be why the stock hit a new 52 week low last week and is heading inexorably lower.
