Well, he changed his tune, and said he was a "friend" of a restricted shareholder..."sort of."

There is a Bart Reneau on that list. That's Cheri Clifton-Reneau's husband. If that's our boy, then he actually has about 5 "friends" who are shareholders.

His wife
His brother-in-law
His wife's 106-year-old grandfather
His wife's church
His wife's churchs' pastor

Good stocks are obvious. Extensive DD is how you convince yourself to buy a bad one.
